Most agencies quote after a discovery call. These numbers are published, they hold for 30 days, and the audit fee comes off whatever follows it.
A short audit of where the business is losing opportunities.
Website, accessibility, and local visibility done properly, once.
Ongoing growth work, then automation where the return is measurable.
Built for owner-operated businesses — a single location, one person carrying the decisions. Most start with the audit and decide from there.
$750 – $1,500
One time
A structured review of everything a prospective customer encounters before they ever call.
Credited back. The audit fee is applied toward a larger project if you move forward within 30 days.
$5,000 – $8,000
Project · Single location
Scoped for a single-location business. Larger or multi-location operations are quoted individually.
Billed 40% to begin, 30% at design approval, 30% before launch. Quoted separately: software licensing, photography, advanced copywriting, and paid advertising.
$1,500 – $2,500
Per month
The work that only pays off with consistency — visibility, content, reviews, and steady conversion gains.
Support hours are defined in the agreement so both sides know exactly what a month includes — see Scope, at the foot of this page.
$1,500 – $4,000
Setup, by complexity
+ $400 – $1,000
Per month
The follow-up that happens whether or not anyone remembers to do it. Added once the foundation is earning.
The monthly fee covers hosting, software administration, monitoring, adjustments, reporting, and ongoing oversight — not just access to a tool. Third-party software is billed separately or passed through transparently, so you always see what the software costs and what the management costs.
What a month buys is written down before it starts, so both sides know what “included” means. Work beyond it is billed hourly or quoted in advance — your choice, agreed before anything begins.
$125 – $175 / hour
Work outside the monthly scope
The audit, the build, the monthly system and the automation are identical to Small Business. What follows is only the differences.
Optometry · Dermatology · Chiropractic · Physical therapy · Veterinary · Med spa · Small primary-care groups
A patient choosing a practice behaves nothing like a customer choosing a shop. They compare, they check reviews, they call once — and if nobody answers, they call the next name on the list.
Everything else — the audit, the build, the monthly system, the automation — is the same work at the same prices.
$4,500
setup
+ $1,250
Per month · Six months
Why it's priced this way. This rate is held for a small number of founding practices. In exchange, the agreement allows non-confidential results, screenshots, and performance improvements to be published as a case study — with your written approval on anything that goes out.
Practices get sold retainers that quietly mean whatever the vendor decides that month. This one is written down before it starts, and the hours outside it are billed at a rate you already know.
$125 – $175 / hour
Work outside the monthly scope
Automation is built to stay clear of protected health information. The assistants answer non-clinical questions only, follow-up messages carry no clinical detail, and nothing connects to a chart or practice-management record without a separate agreement and the right safeguards in place.
Five ways in, ordered by how deep the engagement goes. Start with the audit and decide afterwards, or come straight to the rung you already know you need.
A scoped diagnostic of how your system actually runs. You see where AI will land, and where it will fail, before you invest.
What this involvesA hands-on workshop. Your team works the method on your own system, not on a case study written about somebody else.
What this involvesThree weeks against real workflows and real data. You leave with customer evidence, before anyone commits to building.
What this involvesRay embeds with your team and builds the real system alongside them, in the open.
What this involvesSomeone holding the whole system over time, rather than one delivery and a handoff.
What this involvesThe audit is the usual first step, and its fee comes off the engagement that follows.
A quoted engagement names its deliverables and its dates before the first working session. What sits outside that is re-quoted rather than absorbed, so the number you approved is the number you pay.

Agreed in the scope, before anything starts
One person, one system. The build is the whole thing; the monthly plan only keeps it current.
$2,500 – $4,000
One time
The memory, the connections and the routines — set up around your life as it already runs, on accounts in your name.
Scoped to one person. The moment two people need different permissions it stops being this offer and gets quoted separately.
$150 – $400
Per month
The part nobody tells you about: a personal system that is not maintained quietly rots, and you find out when you need it.
Optional and cancellable. You keep the system either way — see below.
It runs on accounts in your name, and your material is never used to train anybody’s model. If you stop the monthly plan you keep the system, the data and the keys — what you lose is the maintenance, not the thing itself.
The monthly plan buys maintenance, not access. Stop it and the system, the data and the keys stay with you — what you give up is somebody keeping it current.
$125 – $175 / hour
Larger changes, outside the monthly plan
Before recommending anything, the job is to find where opportunities are going missing. That is what the audit is for. From there the system is staged — foundation first, automation only where it earns its keep.
Not ready to talk? The Framework — the thinking underneath all of this — is free through Chapter 6.
