1. Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these terms
• We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do, and your continued use after a change means you accept it
• If you do not agree, do not use the App

2. Education, Not Medical Advice

Not a medical device

The App is not approved, cleared or licensed as a medical device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada. Nothing in it is medical advice.

Talk with your clinician

• “Worth discussing” means a value is above or below a general target or your lab's range. It is not a diagnosis
• Targets are general goals from published guidance. Your clinician may set different goals for you
• Talk with your clinician before changing your diet, fluids or medicines, and never delay or ignore professional advice because of something in the App
• If anything in the App and your lab's report disagree, trust your report and ask your clinician

Emergencies

In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not use the App for urgent or emergency care.

3. Reading Your Report

• The App reads reports with automatic text recognition, which can make mistakes. You are shown every value it finds and must confirm or correct each one before it is saved
• You are responsible for checking that confirmed values match your report
• Reports vary between labs, and the App may not read every report or every value

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the App keeps on your iPhone, what it sends and what we store. In short: photos and PDFs of your report never leave your iPhone, your saved results stay on it, and we never sell your information.

Your results are kept only on your iPhone and are not backed up by us. If you lose or replace your iPhone, or delete the App, saved results cannot be recovered. Keep the visit summary or your lab's report if you want a copy.

5. Written Explanations

• If you sign in with Apple, the App can write a plain-language explanation from your confirmed numbers using an AI model. It may be incomplete or wrong
• Explanations are for education only, are not medical advice, and do not replace your clinician
• Explanations are subject to fair-use limits, and the feature may be unavailable at times

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

What is free

The App is free to download. Scanning a report, confirming its values, the count of values at target, which values are worth discussing, and the range bars are free.

What you can buy

• Single report: a one-time purchase, US$7.99, that unlocks what one report means: plain-language meanings, what influences each value, the visit summary and trends
• Annual: an auto-renewing subscription, US$29.99 per year, that unlocks this for every report while it is active. There is no free trial
• Prices in Canada are set in Canadian dollars. The App Store shows the price in your currency, including any tax, before you confirm
• We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for

Auto-renewal and cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase
• Annual renews automatically for another year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price
• Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period
• Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription

Refunds and restoring

• Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Use Settings > Membership > Restore Purchases to restore purchases on another iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID
• Earlier plans that are no longer sold continue to be honoured for as long as they are valid

7. Eligibility and Availability

• You must be at least 13 to use the App. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you
• The App is offered only in the United States and Canada
• Features that need our server, such as written explanations, may change or be unavailable at times

8. License & Intellectual Property

Big Freight Life LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

• The App, its content, code and design are owned by Big Freight Life LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App except as the law allows
• “24-Hour Urine Analysis” and its logo are trademarks of Big Freight Life LLC
• Your lab values and results are yours

9. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the App lawfully, and only with reports you have the right to use
• Not try to gain unauthorized access to the App or our systems
• Not misuse, overload or automate requests to our server
• Not resell or commercially exploit the App or its explanations

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will read every report correctly, be error-free, or be available without interruption.

Exclusion of damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Freight Life LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, or for any health outcome from decisions made using the App.

Maximum liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

Your rights under local law

Some states and provinces do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Indemnification

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Freight Life LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

• You can stop using the App at any time. Delete your account in Settings > Privacy & Data, and cancel any subscription through the App Store
• We may suspend or end access to our server features if you breach these terms
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding arbitration (United States)

If you live in the United States, any dispute arising from these terms or the App will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. Claims that qualify for small claims court are exempt.

Canada

If you live in Canada, the laws of your province apply where they must, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your province. The arbitration and class action waiver above do not apply where your province's law does not allow them, including in Quebec.

14. Apple

These terms are between you and Big Freight Life LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
